How about an RSS feed script that provides the following
package
information:
- recent CVS commits
- open bugs
- releases

Such a script could be run periodically on the server, which
then
provides the feeds for the different packages.

Information about the commits could be gathered by
connecting to
news.php.net, bug and release information should be
available via PEAR's
database.

Regards,
Mark
