pearweb upgrade from package

I had a running pearweb from pear upgrade package.xml on a
cvs checkout.
I upgraded pearweb with the pear upgrade pearweb-beta
command.

When running the post install script i get

MDB2_Schema Error: schema validation error

It seems that the pepr.sql file do not get installed either
so a bunch
of tables are missing.

I think best would be to open a bug report for this.  IIRC
Greg is on
the road or otherwise away-from-keyboard (?) right now.
