interesting result for election 2

Isn't that a bug? If we ask for the top 5, we should get
that many results. 
The only way we could get more is if the 5th and 6th item
have the same 
amount of votes, or if 5 6 and 7 do.
In this case Choice #6 should NOT have been returned.
