major enhancement to roadmap support

Hi everyone,

Good news.  If you log into pear.php.net, check out the
homepage for
your package under the "Current Release" section. 
Click on "Development
Road Map" and then add a roadmap (it can be deleted
later, so anything
will do).  Note that release date can be anything understood
by
strtotime(), so "+3 weeks" works as well as
"Next Saturday" or "2007-03-05".

Finally, click "Add Bugs/Features to this
Roadmap."  For a sample of
what occurs, see

p.php?package=PEAR&addbugs=1&roadmap=1.5.1

A concise list of bugs and features which includes all open
bugs plus
suspended bugs (you may wish to add suspended bugs to a
future version
to keep from forgetting them).

This makes adding and removing items from your roadmap
extremely simple.
 There are also links to and from the bug tracker to the
roadmap.

It would be nice if the adding bugs/ features to the roadmap
also
searched for all closed bugs after the last release date...
- and
created the new package XML for it ;)
