Want to contribute on PEAR:Cache

Hi everyone! 

We have developed a memcache container for the PEAR:Cache
package and would like to add this single file to the
package. It basically allows to store objects in distributed
memcache servers, instead of the file system or db. 
Following the process, I'm seeking approval first on the
pear-dev mailing list before requesting an account. 

So I guess we need approval from the original developer (Hi
Ulf & Sebastian!).

Both are inactive, I was the last one to do any development
on the 
package but pulled my self from it since I was only doing
fixes and qa 
stuff.

I recommend that you release it as a new package,
Cache_Memcache or such, 
that way you have more control over your package, you don't
have to wait 
on other features and so on, if you like I suppose you could
then take 
over the Cache package and get it up2date with the real
world 

I for one would like to see cache v2 split off the drivers
into their own 
packages so people can pick what containers they want to
install.
