Do you need CVS access to comment on proposals? Or is anyone
entitled to? 

Also, I couldn't log into my account - password request
doesn't work
either. Can anyone help moi?

I have, twice now. The website doesn't "state"
anything like "Password
email sent" and I didn't receive one until now either.
