As Max annouced on list (please do it better as comment),
this package
should definitively be an extension of or be integrated in
http://pe
ar.php.net/package/Math_Polynomial
as perhaps some alternative input method for a polynom.
In any case you should adopt Keith's notation. Try to get
in direct
contact with him.

As a side note,
"doc/InterpolatingPolynomial_examples.php"
should have
role "doc"

package will return Math_Polynomial as result but imho it
should not be
integrated or extended from it because it is really distant
part of math.

If you return , even optionally a Math_Polinomial or simply
a string
compatible additive form of the polynomial, that's fine.

Please, put the sources of package and example on line as
direct script
show, for example do:
$ php -s InterpolatingPolynomial.php >
InterpolatingPolynomial.php.html
and put these html files somewhere on line.
