Standard turn around time for new dev accounts

Howdy all,

I'm curious what the standard turn around time is for
getting a dev 
account approved?  I've got some code I would like to get
into pepr to 
get the ball rolling on a proposal, but I'm waiting on an
account.  I 
put through the registration on Friday, so I would have
thought it would 
have gone through by now.

Things are in a state of flux at the moment as the PEAR
Group
elections just concluded but are inconclusive (we had a tie
for the
last seat which is being resolved). Karma
(rights/permissions) have
not yet been passed on to the new Group and the old Group
has been
unresponsive at times.

Don't worry, soon we should be able to get back on the ball
with
regard to these kind of things.
