XML::RSSBuilder deleted

David Coallier (http://pear.php.net/u
ser/davidc) has deleted the proposal for
XML::RSSBuilder.

The reason for that is:

This has been superseeded by another package and we will not
be developing
this with that name anywho.

navin was also working on. But RSSBuilder has been moved to
this
project since it's first week in PEPr.

I am working on making XML_Feed_Writer better now (Better
design, API,
etc) So we can have an XML_Feed_Writer within PEAR once and
for all.

Anant, are you stil up for some help ?
