Actually I'd be against s9y or any kind of blog system, 
that'd be a more
like  ... well online news site instead of bi-weekly or
something  letter
that has everything on a one page (or split into couple,
depending on the
structure)

The big advantage is that it makes it easier to update the
news instead
of the commit-release new version of pearweb that we have
now.
