ooh helgi, it NEVER included internals!!! We've had
internals
'weeklies' running since before PEAR was even born!!!  It
did have
PECL release coverage though.

It died after 12 issues on zend.com because Jan - and then I
- simply
didn't have time to wade through 500+ emails every week
trying to
figure out what might be important some time in the future.
I'd
heartily recommend that you automate as much as you possibly
can and
allow a group of people access to throw comment into the mix
on an
ad-hoc basis.
