I'm running PHP 5.2.2. I installed PHPUnit yesterday per
the
instructions here:

http://www.phpunit.de/pocket_guide/3.0/en/installatio
n.html

"pear run-tests -r AllTests.php PhpDocumentor"
works fine for me, as well.

Any ideas?

That pretty much confirms your PHPUnit installation right
there.

If you have PhpDocumentor installed, it should have a
phpdoc.bat file for
running it, and I'd expect it to be in your pear/pear
directory. The
phpunit.bat file should be there also. Does either your
pear or pear/pear
directories have any bat files at all? What directory is
your pear.bat file
in?
