Something like is done in the German edition of the PHP mag.
I don't
remember who does it, but he "reviews" releases,
posts news and so on.

Perhaps we could have some kind of skinned s9y or such with
editors
that would post news, etc. That could be something very cool
I think.

The other cool part would be either having it right on the
news page
(the s9y output) oor even better making an aggregator for
the news
page which would do like planet-php but for pear-news.

Am I clear ? If not ask me  I have got
all sorts of ideas that are
going in different directions atm.
