Actually I think its a good idea to list all changes in the
RC period in 
the stable release. Not everybody follows RCs
(unfortunately). IIRC Greg 
does this for the Installer and I think I did this for MDB2
as well.

I think so too. Changes between stable versions should be
listed there ...
