a new maintainer for HTML_BBCodeParser

Hi people, Seth

So we have a new maintainer for HTML_BBCodeParser, Seth, all
hail him like
your own!

Anyway the point is we're finally going to see the package
move forward,
what I did the other day was to release the package which
included fixes
from Seth, Josh, Arnaud, Christian W. and me but hopefully
Seth will take
over maintenance completely and even do a new major release
(version 2) of
the package 

I'll be mentoring him (i.e. hand holding) so any questions
about the package
can be either directed to me or Seth (both would be best of
course) and
hopefully he'll be mentoring others in the near future :-D

Tho just so everyone knows, Seth is a little busy with
school and other
projects so we might not see results this very second but
I'm confident
he'll come through and give us steady stream of cool things
in the coming
months and years, like I always say, it's not the amount but
quality that
counts 

So cheers to Seth, in case you want to introduce your self
then please do,
I'm sure many people are eager to hear from the guy that's
going to tackle
this mean package.
