There has been some discussion and a vote among the PEAR
group.  We 
haven't had a meeting since then so I was waiting until the
next one to 
publish the results.

The current consensus is:

http://svn.pear.php.ne
t/PEAR2/

(package name without PEAR2_ in front)




Which would give you a path to code like:

http://svn.pear.php.net/PEAR2/Net_Foo/trunk/src/Net/F
oo.php
