Your bug tracker account request

I am trying to finish submitting a bug at: http://pear.php.net/bugs/ 
bug.php?id=12075

When attempting to validate this confirmation, I get the
error:  
"Unknown salt" (when visiting the page with the
full query string,  
salt intact).  When I click the "click here to
re-send" link on the  
above URL, I get the error: "Error: handle is either
already verified  
or does not exist".

I am attempting to attach this quick patch to the package.

Hi Gabe,

I have no idea why it didn't work, but I have manually fixed
the bug
database.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
