Proposal on XML_Query2XML won't finish

Looks like 7 calendar days make 8 days , I guess it's
counting from 
midnight to midnight...

Anyway, the "Extended call for votes"
announcement displays a wrong date 
...
e.g. for yours it gave:

XML::Query2XML until 2006-04-14 12:47 UTC because there were
not enough votes, yet.

Yes, that's already stated in the document:

"Important note: The information provided in this
document has been 
superseded by the web-based proposal interface PEPr. Details
on the 
proposal process are explained in the New Maintainers'
Guide that is 
part of the PEAR manual."

Thanks , stephan , so you agree that's all kinda confusing
for newcomers.
Basic introduction about pear is spread away.
Pear's news are dead , only the right column there is
interesting.

But statistics show we are active , that's a pity we don't
express it on 
web.
