Not to pebble directly, but I had to download the
rome-propono-0.6
distribution and copy rome-0.9.1-dev.jar and
rome-propono-0.6.jar
to $JETTY_HOME/lib/ext to cure the AtomSerlvet business.  I
believe 
that's the only modification I made.  Certainly nothing to
pebble 
itself--I can deploy an untouched pebble.war from your
distribution 
and run it, save for the NPEs and disappearing CSS.
