PerlTray + PerlNET?

Hello,
I'm working on a project, and I'd like to use both PerlTray
and PerlNET in  
one executable.  I've messed around with the tools but it
hasnt worked. I  
don't want to use multiple executables (e.g. one for the
tray and one for  
the UI). Is this even possible?
