Yes. All three of the software packages you mention
certainly should
build and run on all of those, and it's possible to buy
professional
support from us for any of those platforms.
For what it's worth, we use Debian for our own development,
so if you
have no other reason to pick one distribution over another
it would
make your life simpler to use Debian, too. We also build
packages for
Debian.

Much of our software will run on Windows, and we do make
some effort
to ensure that it's so. However, we would never willingly
use a
Windows platform for real work ourselves, so we don't
exercise the
software anywhere near as much on Windows as on the various
Unix-based
operating systems. We know that SimpleServer has been made
to work on
Windows, but I've never done it myself.
