Dear Mike,

You are right. Actually, right after I email you, I managed
to find out that actually there's 1.09 of SimpleServer.

I used 1.05 because I thought that's the latest version as
indexdata website (http://www.inde
xdata.dk/simpleserver/) is showing latest version as
1.05.

I hope Indexdata can update the SimpleServer page &
download list so that new users of SimpleServer will not
spend too much time like me just troubleshooting on this
problem for few days.

Interesting.  I just built and tested SimpleServer 1.09 on
YAZ 3.0.26,
with no problems, on Ubuntu 7.04.  I think your obvious next
step is
to upgrade your SimpleServer.

Oh dear, sorry about that.  I'll fix the page.  But do
always check on
CPAN for more recent releases of any Perl module.
