put this perl2exe in the folder and put the file which u
want to
convert into exe in the same folder. then run in the command
prompt
going to that directory
perl2exe myscript.pl

myscript.exe will be stored in the same folder.

hi,

IF i run it it executes correctly.
Unzip this folder in d: or any drive
Put the a perl file in the same folder.
ie if u unzip in the name p2x1 put the .pl file in the p2x1
folder .
then go to command prompt
1.Type D:
2.then type cd px21
3. type perl2exe sample.pl
 and the message will come
converting sample.pl to sample.exe

Try this.
