Yes, I use D:usr as the base directory. I have also installed Apache on
D:apache, so in the cgi scripts I can use the shebang:

I don't think it is relevant, but another strange thing happends when
starting the cpan shell since I have installed Ruby. Right after starting
the cpan shell, it appears the following warning:

) in emacs_keymap_27 key map
I don't think it helps, but I thought it is good to tell about it.
