| When I attemt to
sync repositories I always get 0 packages returned. I am going through a
proxy server with the http_proxy Environment Variable set. The status
looks like the update was fine (see below)
"Downloading ActiveState Package Repository
packlist ... redirect Downloading ActiveState Package Repository packlist ...
done Synchronizing Database ... done"
Any ideas
anyone? |

I don’t know what you mean by “attempt to sync”;. What is the
command that you are running, and what is the output?
Also which version of ActivePerl are you using, and which
platform are you running on?
If you are not finding any packages, please show the output of
`ppm repo list` followed by `ppm repo des 1` etc. for each of the repos listed.
Cheers,
-Jan

Unfortunately not.
Could you please issue a `search` command immediately followed
by a log command:
ppm s Win32
ppm log
This will print the log message for the last minute. If the
search took longer, then please use something like
ppm log 5
to print the log messages from the last 5 minutes.
Cheers,
-Jan
