Can't load RSA crypto module

I'm using a perl app that requires module
Crypt::OpenSSL::RSA. Does anyone
know a repository where I can get this via PPM? I've added
just about every
repository I can find, and none have it. I tried installing
it via cpan.
That worked to a point, but then I got a cryptic error that
says "Make had
returned bad status, it seems impossible to install."

I'm not a C programmer, so I'm not going to figure out why
the cpan install
doesn't work. I did get it on two separate systems (both
Windows XP). I'm
hoping if I can find a ppm repo with RSA I'll be able to
install it that
way.

Which version of perl ?

For perl 5.8:
ppm install http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA.ppd

No, I don't - though I haven't looked very hard. There are
5.10 reps at 
bribes, uwinnipeg and trouchelle. Links to all 3 are
provided at 
http://cpa
n.uwinnipeg.ca/PPMPackages/10xx/ (about 22 lines down
from the top 
of the page).

However, I've just built 5.10.0 binaries for
Crypt-OpenSSL-Random-0.04 and 
Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA-0.25. I'll just have to whack up a ppd for
them, and I'll 
send them over (off list) .... unless my ISP is having one
of those bad days 
when I can't send attachments larger than a few Kb.
(They've been built against a static openssl, so you won't
even need openssl 
on your pc.)

I also just put up ppm packages of these at
    http://cpa
n.uwinnipeg.ca/PPMPackages/10xx/
These though require the openssl dlls, which should be
installed via a post-install script when installing
Crypt-OpenSSL-Random.
