place a form in a specified coordinate(creating 3 forms like gimp does.)

Dear my friends...

I am interested to how gimp has the 3 or forms (page,
frame or MainWindows) as its GUI workspace. One is the
toplevel so if it's closed than the others will also
be closed. each of forms classifies a group of
menu/work. it's so nice.

I want to use that forms in my perl application but I
don't know how to do that.

The problem is: I don't know how to:
- make a form to put themselves on the coordinate I
specified;

Could anybody be so kind to give me a very simple code
a sample?
