It appears the College is trying to come up with something new or
market itself as offering a unique opportunity. Truth-be-told, once
you graduate you will be hard pressed to find a management position
other than maybe lead Technician. Just giving you my two cents.

Hi - my community college offers a "Pharmacy Tech Management" degree
which combines the usual health care and pharmacy classes with a bunch
of business classes.
Since I am new to the profession, I was just wondering, is a "tech
manager" a common position found in retail or hospital pharmacies? At
the pharmacy where I work, the only manager is a pharmacist and there
is no such thing as a technician manager. Just curious...
