Hi everyone,

I was playing with the idea of posting a part of my photos
on Flickr,
so i created an account and uploaded a picture. Turns out
Flickr
demanded i resized it to 800x530 (automatically during
upload).  When i
then opened the image from Flickr, the resize had made my
picture less
sharp.  So, what's up with that?  Does this mean that anyone
resizing
their photos to another (larger) size for their blog or site
has a
problem when he/she uploads the files to Flickr or am i
missing
something here?

    I use the flickr uploader from http://www.flickr.com/tools/ - that tool allows me to upload files at max size of 2048xwhatever....
