George,
Although the white is white, the overall
image has a yellow/orangish cast to it.

Subject: [photoblogs-discuss] Image color
calibration
Hi All,
I shot an xmas party gig, and I'm concerned
about color calibration. My monitor is calibrated, and the images look the way
I want. However, when I viewed them on my wife's uncalibrated monitor the
images all had an orange-ish color cast. Technically this makes sense since
her monitor is not calibrated, but then I got to wondering...what if my
calibration is in fact off?
So I'd be most appreciate if anyone has a
moment or two to check out this single shot and let me know if the color looks
good or not:

Thanks
much! --
