Thanks Jens! Surely they would have a better site, more contributors and more quality photo's if they gave some rights to the people who actually make the images... I'm a bit suspicious of sites that want you to upload to them (especially high res) as it gives them the ability to sell on to image libraries etc... I don't think thats the case here, but they obviously think its OK to have some rights over your images. I'll keep you all posted when I hear from Ralf's lawyers...

Francoise this is the main point and you have written exactly what much more photographers than I think as they told me by mail. Thanks for your support....!!!
I think Ralf easily forgets that he also made some mistakes by handling my name in together with OE but he is not willing to accept that my mistake was to upload at OE.... Ralf even a Lawyer has to compromise sometimes.....
