I need some input. I am trying to move more into stock
photography -
originally as a fun thing but now it's become a frustrating
thing. I
can't seem to get consistent approvals into agencies. Not
even on the
same photographs.
I am starting a series of photos I shot specifically of
stock on my
photoblog, http://photodaniels.a
minus3.com, and will post the ones I
shot specifically for stock. Could I beg some time of people
to take a
quick look, give a critique and let me know why I'm getting
shot down?
Some reasons: Shadows, noise, one even said glare - which I
really
didn't get since I was in the shade for that shot - just
general
technical issues. It's not so much I'm getting rejected that
bothers
me, it's that I can't see what they are talking about in
some of the
rejections. I wouldn't ask if they were common sense,
"nobody's going
to buy it" kind of reasons, but they aren't so please
give input!
Thanks in advance!
