How to enable sharing

Dear All,

 

I'm trying to enable sharing my own documents to others but when I click on the sharing tag, it says I don't have permission to do this. Since there are too many permission settings in the folder's security tag. Would anyone please tell me which option is the one to enable sharing? Thanks alot!!
