Migrating a 2.5 site to 2.5.1

Hi, I've migrated a Plone 2.5 site to 2.5.1. The site has two custom Products on the filesystem - Quills and DIYPloneStyle based one I created to skin the site. After completing the portal_migration all the ATContentTypes based content seems broken, attempting to view it throws a Resource Not Found error, for the view template, i.e. trying to view a smart folder, get an error that atct_topic_view isn't found.
