Yes.

If they reside in the ZODB (i.e. the portal_skins/custom
folder, for
instance), they are moved automatically. If they are on the
file system,
they tag along with the Products you move over, as

In general, I would use released versions. Tracking SVN
versions is risky
on a production server.
