Plone Site not listed in ZMI

Hi

I am trying to set up a fresh Plone 2.5.1 Site on Zope
2.9.5-final with Python
2.4.3 on Solaris 2.8.
Zope installs fine and I added Plone 2.5.1 to the Products
directory in my new
zope instance but when I try to setup th ePlone Site via the
ZMI, there is no
"Plone Site" option in the add dropdown.
There is no error in the zope logs and I have tried several
other combinations
(Zope 2.9.4 and Plone 2.5).
Anyone got any ideas what might be wrong ?

Did you get rid of the Five folder and restart Zope after
copying all
the Plone folders to the products folder?
