Plone validation problem with MS Office smart tags

I've got problem with copy/paste from MS Office - it uses
smart tags.
It is for example when there is name of some city in the
text there 
automaticaly comes special tag around that tells its city:

Prague
	->
<st1:city w:st="on"><span
lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; 
font-family:
Arial;">Prague</span></st1:city>

Kupu editor is removing this unknown tags, but also colors,
font 
families.., so I switched to FCKeditor.
(its not about FCKeditor because when I use Basic HTML
textarea editor 
problem is the same)

so now the problem  when I try
to save it I get:
