Installation Plone-2.1.2.exe ay Windows XP SP2 CZECH
LANGUAGUE failed
with error:

Executing the command 'setupSite.py' failed
TypeError: stat() argument 1 must be (encoded string without
NULL
bytes), not str


where is a problem?

Please post the post-install.log file or grep for that in
your logfiles --
so we can get a better idea of whats wrong.
