Custom User Folder URLs

Hello,
	I am building a new plone site. We chose plone because it
is
user friendly and easy to use. In keeping with this thought
we would
like to set up our userids as Lastname, Firstname. This in
turn makes
the members area easy to search and read. But plone escapes
these
characters in the url
http://plone.example.org/Members/Lastname-2c-20Firstnam
e/ is there
anyway to remove the escape sequence.

Use a different (and URL compatible) ID scheme. Full Name is
what you want  
to use for the folder titles, which happens by default if
you're running a  
recent Plone release.
