I'm totally oblivious as to how LDAP works, but I'd give
Wichert's
"PloneLDAP" package a go. He has collected
everything that's needed in a
single package (well, everything needed on the Plone side
โ you still need
to have python-ldap etc installed) โ and there's a control
panel. It
should work with Plone 2.5 as well (although created for
Plone 3.0).
