Configure "lost password"

Hello,

I have connect my plone site with a LDAP Server.
I don't arrive to configure plone to send the user password
when they 
ask it on the "lost password section" section.
The password sent is 
always "undef". Could you help me to configure
that ?
If it is not possible, i'd like to configure plone to send
my details 
instead of the (wrong) password in the messages wich are
sent.
Can i have help please ?
