Double content when translated

I'm using Plone-2.5 and LinguaPlone and PLT from SVN (from a couple of weeks ago).

 

If I first create material in neutral language (visible regardless of which language is activated) and then translate it to say, english. Then I would very much like the neutral language material to be visible in all languages but English. Meaning that since there is an English translation available I don't want the Neutral material visible when English is selected.

 

How do I accomplish this? Or has this been changed lately?
