AFAICT this is how it currently is. You either see the neutral language or your preferred language, not both. I am not that well versed in LinguaPlone, so I may be interpreting things incorrectly, but that's how it looks in my test instance.
So maybe you need to do an update. Or experiment with the language settings in plone control panel.

What exact setup do you use, which versions of Plone, PloneLanguageTool & LinguaPlone??
