linnking tracts

I am building for a mult-lingual community.

They wish to upload Brasilian Portuguese/Spanish/ French content in their respective languages(s) inside the portal's English tract. (PDFs, PPTs, Word, Video etc.  They want to keep ALL their native language content together with all the Englishcontent in the English tract.

AND inside the Br-Pt/ES/Fr tracts....Link if possible to the Br-Pt/Fr/Es content in the English tract.

This would Save disk space...(not hosting two instances of the same document) Allow folks that are multi-lingual to function in one large area  AND Offer (non-English profecient Native speakers access to content in the Native tract.

Also we want to create a Browse By (language) and have the native documents come back.

How can we achieve this with Lingua Plone

I know you said you would not show Norwegian content to someone from Japan...but That is EXACTLY what are members want .

Any thoughts?
