As Encolpe already said, we don't have multilingual content
support in
3.0. All we do is to create the Plone site based on the
browser language
of the user creating the site and translate the content once
into that
language (based on the locales/<language
code>/LC_MESSAGES/frontpage.po
file).

Could you please add those missing translations as bug
reports to our
tracker (https://dev.plo
ne.org/plone/newticket) and choose
'Internationalization' as the component. Otherwise those
will get lost.
