to make your changes show up without restarting zope,
go to the  Placeless Translation Service in the Root Folder
of the ZMI at

/Control_Panel/TranslationService/

there you will find all the language-catalogs (if everything
is o.k. with
the one you added, it should be listed without errors),
click on the one you modified and choose to re-read it.
this will make your changes immediately effective.
