New Translator Seeking For Guide

There are two ways to contribute:

* you can fill a ticket in the plone collector, and add your
files to 
your ticket

* you can ask for collective commit rights and add your
translations to 
the PloneTranslations product

Great to see Plone translated in one more language, thanks
