We've been looking at accessibility issues related to
cnx.org, and our
accessibility expert has an issue with portlets being styled
as
definition lists: namely, they're not definitions, and also
DLs aren't
as skippable as other structures, like ULs, for example.
I was wondering: is there any more rationale behind this
choice than
"DLs are more structured than DIVs" (which is the
only thing I can find
online)?
