Simpleportlet. richWidget and FCKEditor

Hi!

 Using FCKEditor with SimplePortlet, editing the body, the
button bar of 
FCKEditor takes over the small area of the portlet body, and
it is not 
possible to edit it.

 It is a standard ATCT, how can I solve this visual bug?
