I'm probably not the person to answer this, but my guess
would be no since you can't replace or remove the
attachments through pmwiki unless it's modified. They could
have changed the original zip file name though.

I thought it's possible to upload a new file that overwrites
the original 
version, but I can be wrong...

Patrick, as the skin seems to be installed in pmwiki.org,
would it be 
possible for you to recreate an archive with the skin
files?
